With over three decades of hands-on leadership across the hotel and marketing industries, Laxman is a hospitality professional shaped by the operational rigour of the field. Formally trained at the Institute of Hotel Management, YMCA Mumbai Central, he has built a career grounded in the discipline of running properties and programmes at scale. Today he serves as Founder and Managing Director of two hospitality companies — Travango Hospitality, headquartered in Lonavala and Nexus Hospitality, based out of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. His vision for Nexus is unambiguous: build a new-generation, technology-driven MICE house that anticipates evolving industry trends and delivers consistently best-in-class experiences for India's most demanding enterprises.

A seasoned sales, marketing and business development leader with 29 years in the hotel industry. Vinod brings deep expertise across MICE, facilities and hospitality management, customer service and hotel operations, with a sharp specialisation in sales and marketing strategy. An accomplished administrative professional, he holds an MBA in Marketing.
Pavan built his foundation at the prestigious Don Bosco, Lonavala, completing both his schooling and college there. Drawn to the service industry, he pursued hotel management under the direct mentorship of industry veteran and founder Mr. Laxman Rao. After earning his Diploma in Hotel Management, he spent two years sharpening his operational and client-relationship skills at Travango Hospitality. Recognising a gap in the market for truly seamless hospitality solutions, he teamed up with his sister, Lavanya Kunche, to co-found Nexus Hospitality. Today, as Sales Lead, he bridges vision and execution — managing corporate partnerships that span fast-growing startups to large-scale enterprises with a tailored, client-first approach.
Lavanya brings a rare blend of high-level digital strategy and operational precision to Nexus Hospitality. An alumna of Sophia College (Autonomous), University of Mumbai, she graduated with a Bachelor's in BMM (Journalism & Advertising) before pivoting into tech as a Product Manager at Jio Platforms. There, she managed massive digital ecosystems for JioCinema and JioTV+ — overseeing high-stakes projects including the FIFA World Cup, IPL and WPL, while running 800+ live channels and 14+ OTT integrations. Driven to master market dynamics, she moved to London for her MSc in Marketing (Merit), specialising in AI & Marketing. She now channels that world-class experience back into the family business, co-founding Nexus Hospitality alongside her father, Mr. Laxman Rao, and her brother, Pavan Kunche. Lavanya leads full-time accounting and operations, ensuring the company's back-end infrastructure is as seamless, tech-forward and robust as its forward-facing hospitality.
